Odyssey Residential Holdings (ORH) is a developer and operator of multifamily properties in Dallas, Texas. ORH was founded in 2003, but has decades of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. ORH has expertise in market rate, mixed-income, and affordable housing. Although ORH has done a lot in the affordable housing sector, the company wants to be known for being small enough to be nimble and entrepreneurial; yet big enough to handle large deals with complex challenges. The objective of this project was to craft a cohesive, consistent and professional brand identity for Odyssey.
